Get a load of some of these delicacies. I'm sorry but they're just wrong!!
'Carp Bladders' are the worst ones in my opinion but I suspect you might think different.
(I couldn't bring myself to put a picture on this post as I didn't want to have to view it over the coming weeks until it dropped off the bottom of my blog!!)

He must have an iron constitution. The last thing you want in a strange, hot country is crazy food like that.
Our limit was crocodile and water buffallo in africa and both were pretty nice.
