Living it Rough

Maff and Kelly recently picked up a bargain of a tent on eBay so of course a camping trip was soon on the cards. Along with Lee and Emma we all went to Bradford Kaims Caravan park at Bamburgh, (no-where near Bradford!).
It turned out to be a really good and certainly different weekend; We arrived late Friday afternoon and after setting the tents up, we had the ritual BBQ and Booze. Lee's a legend with a BBQ and everything he cooks is spot on. Turned into a really late night and we foolishly hit the Vodka too. I say 'foolishly' because when the sun comes up and your tent turns into a Microwave at 6.30am in the morning it's seriously uncomfortable with a hangover.
Spent Saturday in Seahouses doing touristy things such as sampling the sea food, messing round on the beach and eating the local speciality of fish n chips. It was then back to the site for another evening of bbq and booze, - again Lee excelled himself and along with Kelly, Jen and Emma they rattled up some mean Chicken Fajitas.
This was actually Bertha's (our Dog) first holiday with us and she was spoilt rotten from beginning to end. As you can see from the pictures she was wrecked by the end of the weekend.
Think we've all got the camping bug now, and will no doubt be going away again in the coming months....
